Works Underway: 68-71 Newman Street

We鈥檝e officially kicked off on-site for Galliford Try, delivering the substructure & superstructure for this major refurbishment re-joining Newman Street with Berners Mews馃彈锔�

Collaborating closely with our client from day one was key to locking in the programme. That initial teamwork has paid off, putting us well ahead of schedule as we hit the ground running馃檶

Site Progress:
– Roof demolition has commenced
– Basement piling is flying, thanks to early collaboration between Galliford Try, GSS Piling Ltd & 黑料不打烊
– Logistics are in full swing with Coveya Ltd supporting material distribution

The finished scheme will deliver seven floors of Grade A office space, a two-storey steel extension & new rooftop terraces馃尶
