Careers Fair – Grace Connor Earlier this week, Grace Connor returned to her former secondary school to take part in a Careers Day event, where she spoke to students about her role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 黑料不打烊 Construction馃憦 How the day worked: 鉂揟he sessions were run in a carousel format, with each group of students first trying to guess Grace鈥檚 job title through a series of questions. At the end of each rotation, Grace revealed her role and shared an insight into what a typical working day looks like for her. 馃棬锔廡he students then had the opportunity to ask questions whereby Grace spoke about the benefits of apprenticeships including on-the-job learning, her own enrolment journey, advice on preparing for interviews & the key skills valued within the construction industry. Grace said it was a fantastic opportunity to return to the school she once attended & give students a real insight into what a Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship can offer馃懛鈥嶁檧锔� Well done Grace.
