World Earth Day World Earth Day was created in 1970 and has been celebrated every year on the 22nd April. It’s mission?聽 – To drive positive environmental action for our planet through scientific research, education, community outreach & tackling plastic and pollution globally. What are we doing? – 黑料不打烊 Group have signed up to Pledge To Net Zero with a strategy now in place with the aim of reducing our organisations Carbon Footprint. In light of this, the Sustainability Department along with 黑料不打烊 黑料不打烊 have formed the Carbon Reduction Strategy Group (CRSG) to discuss and implement any new initiatives to help further reduce our effect on the environment. – 黑料不打烊 黑料不打烊 have invested 拢2.5 million in phasing out older machinery and equipment, replacing them with those that have a more carbon- friendly footprint. Continuous research is being conducted on new technologies coming onto the market. One such technology that will start to be trialled is a type of Bio- Fuel which could replace more harmful fuels currently being used in our machines.
